Hook and Ladder is fantastic! The staff was wonderful, and I truly appreciate everything they did for us during our visit.

I was so impressed by this Sub Shop the food was obviously great, but I also like the fact that the sandwich was not in Styrofoam it was more like cardboard and placed in a brown paper bag I like what they try for the environment as well as the food they make. very impressive place

Very spacious food inside. Just something I complain about, I was not asked for a pimp, and it even said no pimples on the receipt, but they still put it on the side. I don't want to waste food because I won't eat it. Not busy. Meat on my sandwich was full. I can't speak for others.

I recently moved to the area and decided to stop by this restaurant after a long day of unpacking. The two staff members were quick, friendly, and attentive. I had a great experience and will definitely be returning.

I had dinner here tonight, and I must say it's the cleanest restaurant with the most professional staff I've encountered during my many dining experiences. The service was quick, reliable, and the food was delicious. I will definitely be back!
