Tokyo Diner Japanese - Morganton

I always enjoy the food here! It's consistently prepared to exact specifications and tastes wonderful. My personal favorite is the seaweed soup and veggie fried rice. Tokyo offers the best fried rice of any Asian restaurant I've been to!

The food service here is fantastic. They have a convenient option for customers to call ahead and drive in to avoid the drive-thru lines. An employee will come out to take your payment and then bring your order to you. I recommend calling 15 minutes in advance for my favorites: the Laugh with Broccoli and double carrots, no rice!

Steak was quite expensive. The crowd was good and I thought the Teriyaki Chicken was really good.

What a great surprise! Driving past and the packed parking lot and huge line in the drive through were huge hints we needed to give them a try. Great prices, very good food at a speedy pace. Portions look small but truly are not. A gem hiding in plain sight and from what I can tell, not much of a secret to the locals.
