Contribuisci feedbackTo be honest, I wish there was one way to give 2 separate reviews. the cooked eating is fantastic and deserves at least 4 stars imo. it is the resistance in the service that Ichiban at woodcroft really lets down. one of the biggest disappointments with this otherwise great small restaurant is like one of the previous reviewers of the "missing chef" during peak times. I have been here several times during the midday (12pm 2pm) and the cook is not there, so I am not able to order cooked food. the only offers are prepared sushi and dimsims. Please take their menu characters down or put them a kind of communication when the chef is from the website. And if they really want to have better reviews, the chef may take their lunch break to another time. for a small shopping center dining shop most customers expect to be able to dip to lunch. so it is incredibly disappointing that the cook is never there to serve hot dishes during the midday.
I wouldn't give a star if I could. three times in the past, I have eaten there between midday and 1. lunchtime. they can't cook because there's apparently no cook. they should take the menu down if they cannot cook. rubbing device.
I can't speak for the rest of her courts. but I would not recommend her vegetarian udon. a few leaves of salat and rohem brokkoli in a tasteless broth.
Ramen was not good. Not worth the price and wait time. Sushi rolls were mediocre but ok.
I love comming to get my freshly made sushi. its always amazing serves of fresh food. but lately they just aren't reliable. the open and shut whenever they feel like it. I came to take my family here the other day and the man said they were shut at 4pm and were suppose to be open until 8! you should be embarrassed by the way you conduct yourselves. I know I was. and today my partner drove to get me some sushi after work and they were completely closed yet again they are supposed to be open from 11-5! its becoming really ridiculous how unreliable you are to your business. seriously sad because besides that I always choose to come to your for your fresh food. so disappointed. seriously need to think about updating your business hours online to reflect what you do. its really unacceptable and poor business manners to just come and go as you please. stick to your business hours and make sure they accurately reflect what you are doing. other than that I love your shop. so please stop letting your locals down. cheers Nadia.
