Me and my two friends had a great experience at this subway we have experienced the great customer service we have seen in awhile and you guys should definitely keep this lady around she’s a great worker
Deanne is such an awesome employee/manager. She is always happy and such a pleasant person to converse with. Wish more employees were like her and care about their job and especially their customers.
We normally have an ok experience at the local Morrill subway with a few exceptions of things being forgotten. But tonight was horrible. We had an online order. Both of my children’s pizzas were undercooked and doughy. Both of our sub sandwiches were not toasted when they were supposed to be. And to top it off I ordered 3 cookies that were sold out. Instead of giving our money back he made us buy one more stating you can’t just buy 3 cookies. They only sell them in bundles of 4. Since when is that a thing?? I have always ordered 3 cookies and if they don’t have the kind you want they should have to reimburse you for an online order and not force you to buy more. Ridiculous. I guess we will be making the trips to Mitchell Subway from now on.
It was tasty, I liked their salad in place of a sandwich
