Contribuisci feedbackOur experience last night was terrible! It became worse and worse every visit. We used the app to order online. (A 20 min. Drive from our house. I come to the restaurant and there are 7 people sitting at tables waiting for their meals. I check the shelf for online orders, my was not ready yet. There are FIVE boys working the sandwich area. That's a lot of hands, what takes so long? They chat with each other and stare at the distance. Then come two MORE guys from the back of the house, one starts to sweep the dinning room, one makes something with the beverage machine. (Why don't they help get all these orders out? As I wait for my online order, a man finally gets his meal. Something was wrong, they had to leave it, it took too long. Another man gets his food. There are about 4 people and I'm waiting for our food. The guys at the sandwich counter seem upset and work with NO urgency at all. (I waited 15 minutes for my online order after twenty minutes ago. I'll get my food. We had two cups of potato soup for our sides. When I told you, we had three bites. That's not an exaggeration. We've got a quarter of the cup full... that was a waste that one of the guys murmured something about the soup, the other scaffolded when he flew in the bowls. I have the new Prime Rib Sandwich and IT WAS COLD. Not cool, not room temp, but ICE COLD. I was under the impression it was a hot sandwich. Cold meat. Cold cheese. Missed the garlic aoloi. Online I had checked, we wanted A1 and Captian Sauce, of course they were not in the pocket. I met a few walks as I went, said to save the mica and go elsewhere.
I ordered a turkey sub and specifically requested no tomatoes, but my sandwich arrived with only meat and cheese. It was a disappointing and overpriced sandwich that I couldn't even finish. I will not be returning to Fireworks. They used to be good, but now it's just not worth it.

EDIT: I edit my first rating of 3 stars and change them to 4. I gave them another chance, and it was much better this time. The restaurant was clean and the staff was more friendly. They still don't look like they want to be much there, but they talked to me and were polite. First, the three stars instead of one or two stars, because the sandwiches were very good. They were made as if we had ordered them. The three stars instead of four or five are due to the cleanliness of the restaurant and the customer service. As other cartridges have said, my husband was not even greeted when he came in. The workers only looked at him as if he was the one to start talking. My husband said there was a big spill in front of the beverage machine. They had placed a shield over the wet ground, but not even cleaned the spilled drink. He was not at all happy with the staff, and he is usually giving them the advantage of doubt type of guy, so the service must have been quite poor.
I arrived at 9:00 PM, unaware that they closed at that time. However, they still took my order, which was wonderful since the food wasn't for me. I was even greeted warmly. I really appreciated the effort to take my order, which reflects their world-class service. The dining experience was truly excellent.
