Contribuisci feedbackOn June 4, 2022, I ordered an iced vanilla latte with no sugar, along with a tomato pesto grilled cheese and hash browns. The drink was made to order, and due to a mix-up at the register, they didn’t charge me for the hash browns. However, the hash browns did take quite some time to arrive. Otherwise, I would have only needed to take one photo. My mom ordered a hot vanilla latte without sugar, a sausage croissant, and hash browns as well.
I'm going to the café. The lines on the thru will get long from time to time, but you can always go and faster service.
In the past two weeks, the two young guys who drive the car have tried to keep my change. Today, I waited in line just to get my change back. If I want to leave a tip, that's my choice. The cashier shouldn't assume that all customers want to give up their change. I won't be returning. It was very rude, and the donuts were disappointingly small. Overall, a disappointing experience.
I had a really frustrating experience at this restaurant. They messed up my order twice, so I went to speak with the woman in charge, hoping to resolve the issue. All I wanted was my food to be correct. She told me that she wouldn’t give me my order until I brought back the incorrect items. I agreed and thought that would solve the problem, but then she started talking down to me for no reason. I tried to remain calm, but her unprofessional behavior was making me feel crazy. I was just trying to get my food sorted out. Overall, it was a disastrous experience, and I found it very unprofessional.
The attitude of employees is pretty bad. You are more concerned that you are going away than ensuring that your order is correct. The lady at the car thru spoke so fast and had such a bad sound. It won't come back.
