Hibachi Blue - Morrisville

Freshness! I have always chose Hibachi Blur because it taste “fresh”. Yesterday I learned that all the meats and veggies used are cut fresh daily. Which means your chicken, steak, or shrimp is fresh never frozen! The veggies are bought locally and never frozen either. I think it’s great to see local businesses giving back to their community. The staff is always friendly and caring. It meant a lot to see the owner take time and give me a tour and explain the process. I can tell he takes pride in his work and that goes a long way in today’s society. If you want a fresh, honest, good meal Hibachi Blue is the place

Hibachi Blue is a great place to get together with friends and have some amazing Asian food. The variety of tastes is just amazing! Just moved to the area, and I’m coming here every week. The customer service is amazing. The people are very nice, and the owner is very kind. Definitely recommend this restaurant!

This is probably the best Japanese food I've ever had. I love that their veggies aren't cooked to mush and still have a bite to them! Will definitely order from here again. The only complaint I have is nothing tasted very seasoned, but I'm sure they do this to allow you to choose what sauces you want without meshing flavors.

I am truly impressed by how clean and lively this location is. Their menu offers a wide variety of options to choose from. I have dined here several times, but today I felt compelled to share a review to let others know just how fantastic this place is. I ordered the shrimp and chicken combo with a crispy spring roll. The person at the counter recommended the spicy teriyaki sauce along with some sriracha, and I’m so glad I took their advice! The cook grilled the meat with those sauces, and it was absolutely DELICIOUS! The meal was really healthy, and the grilled vegetables were spot on. The rice wasn’t overly salty, and I added their white sauce along with spicy mayo for an extra kick. I’ll definitely be coming back more often. Thank you!

This restaurant is fantastic! The food is consistently fresh from the grill, and the white sauce is absolutely delicious. My personal favorite is the hibachi with scallops, which are wonderfully tender. I find myself wanting to eat here at least once a week. The prices are quite reasonable as well. The owner is always present, ensuring everything runs smoothly and maintaining a clean environment, which really reflects in the teamwork of the staff. This place is definitely worth a visit!
