Contribuisci feedbackSome individuals should not run a business without proper management skills. My order of two fish fillet burgers only had one fillet in it. I didn't notice until I got home, so I went back to inform them. Despite my complaint, the manager simply said they would replace it without offering any excuses. Even though I had to make the trip back to the restaurant, she seemed indifferent and called me unreliable.
Morwell maccas needs a new manager and new employees who don't wear like children, suffered, swear and hang on customers. they can't get a job to save their lives, they wait for 5 minutes each time and still can't manage them. to bring them everything they have paid. every time the half of their order is missing, or they become warm drinks and over salted, cold chips that were fried at least twice (in dirty oil on it. call them and ask them for their missing objects to float and hanged by a personal member is pathetic, but even worse than that, call back and talk to the manager, ask them for a complaining, only to the manager laugh about them (with the person who had just spoken rudely and hanged on them and say "the complaining will only come to us" anyway. this is not the first time that we have dealt with childish behavior of employees in this load. absolutely not good enough. I am really disgusting in customer service (or lacking that we have received in this load. please do those who liked and travel the additional distance to traralgon or moe.
They get their act together. slow aftercare on the car. 40 min. then is a man who sounds like he's drugged. slow survival is the norm at morwell. there are great problems of employment. slow, slow and slow. please get a fighter supervisor. Just...forget it worse
Saturday morning, to foot for a coffee, there for 8 minutes, as well as another 5 people and all looked at us, but nobody served us. the journey through was flat, which is her main thing now, so close the restaurant as they do not care,am tired. the respect of this place and the attitude of the people who work there and the service their still need a coffee!
It was quicker to go inside to order than to go through Drive-Thru as it was very busy. The food was fresh and the coffee wasn't too bad.
