Starbucks - Moses Lake

The employees here were super friendly and seemed genuinely happy. They made my toddlers hot chocolate perfect temp for him and for being so busy they were pretty quick.Kid-friendliness: Super nice to my 3 y/o son when he was a little crabby from being sleepy and riding in the car for hours.

Good place to talk and catch up with a great beverage

I’ve never seen such a dirty Starbucks, nor had to wait so long for my coffee. This place is way understaffed. I feel bad for the baristas: there’s no way they can keep up with the orders and keep the place clean with just the three of them.

It's Starbucks. Great staff. If you've been here, horrible drive-through access.
