WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COURSE! GO TO LATAH CREEK OR QUALCHAN! Every single sandtrap on the course is absolute GARBAGE! Every one of them has huge rocks in it and one was hidden under the sand and ruined my new club. I went into the pro shop carrying the rock and told the guy that for the price of the course, I would think that their sand wouldn 't have giant rocks. I also told him that it ruined my club. He then proceeded to tell me A pro would say not to go in the sand and was extremely rude to me. It ruined my entire round and my entire day. NEVER GO TO THIS COURSE. Why would you pay $70 to play here when Latah Creek and The Creek at Qualchan are close by and ARE A MILLION TIMES BETTER!!!! The sand at these courses is actual sand, not just hard dirt filled with rocks. The greens are better, the fairways are better, the terrain is better. All for the same price. I played those courses the day after and had the time of my life. I will never recommend nor return to this horrible course. Was a waste of money and a wasted day. Costing me $270 in the end after having to buy a new sandwedge.
I loved this front nine awesome course, only bad experience was me losing my rangefinder and no one coming forward and taking it to the front office. Bill was great taking me and trying to locate it. Folks there seem very genuine. My fault I know but dang! But like I said beautiful course would love to come back and enjoy the back nine. I'll be back for sure
Love the course and design of the clubhouse. Took a star off because of the very rude bartender. Sounded like she would be better suited to bartend at a rowdy bar, not a golf course.
The golf course has changed since I last played it several years ago. The water that separated holes 11 and 13 is gone now so you can play your ball out of the depression that remains. Also I believe there used to be an outbox bounds fence at the dogleg for hole 11. That's not there anymore either making for an easier or less pressure tee shot. The course is in great shape but the winds can be brutal if it's not in your favor. They have great smash burgers in the restaurant and a decent fish and chips too! Enjoy!
