The Q-n-more - Moses Lake

I have tried all their Bar-B-que and must say that I am not impressed. I prefer brisket over all and their brisket was so tough I could hardly chew it. The term low and slow did not apply to what I had and if it did then they used the lowest cut grade of meat they could get. All of the BarB-Que had a reasonably good flavor but was very tough and hard to chew. Their baked beans lacked something I'm not sure what.
