We stopped at bruthen tea rooms « inadvertently » as we traveled to melbourne. what a rich idea! this place offers the hospitality of the country best. as it should, it begins all with a beautifully decorated small tea room...where many parts of the owners history beside jam and jelly to die. we had some rubs of sandwiches that were super. roasted and damp as they must be with a lot of taste. then we messed up with scenes (yes, I know. that were really good. they come with a selection of 3 homemade jams and something looked. we will be back and strongly recommend to design their trip to stop in bruthen tea rooms.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent, and the scenery was beautiful with a selection of 3 homemade jams and cream. The coffee and teas were also outstanding. The ambiance was fantastic, making it the perfect end to a Sunday outing.
The restaurant was beautifully decorated on a hot day. I enjoyed a delicious cherry cake and icy coffee adorned with flowers on top. They even provided water for my dog and greeted us with a friendly welcome.
The best scones and homemade jams. I felt like I was in my mum’s kitchen. Delightful food and cozy interior. You have to wait a bit but everything is made fresh and it is well worth the wait! Tanja is lovely and has a strong...passion which is reflected in her high quality jams and spreads. The epitome of everything you’d want in a country tea house.
