Very nice employee's beautiful atmosphere and the food was grea!

I frequently dine at Dalton's and always enjoy the great food and service. Tonight, I tried the pimento cheese burger for the first time and it was delicious! I will definitely be ordering it again soon.

I waited for 30 minutes and the chicken salad was not what I had expected.

Disappointed. Was expecting some good cooking. Pickles came out all clumped together. Cheeseburger patty looked like a frozen patty, okra looked like they were frozen as well. Mac cheese wasn’t what I was expecting. Left a lot of food on the table. Their cabbage was good and the biscuit was good.

Well we went and had the hamburger steak tonight. The food was good once we got it. That's the issue tonight. It took a little over 30 minutes for us to get our food. Manager on-duty came out to our table after we started asking about our food. She started with an excuse it normally takes about 20 minutes. She didn't know what to say when I said well that is fine but it has been 25 minutes and still no food. To her credit she went to check on our food and we had it within the next 5 minutes.
