Little Caesars Pizza - Mounds View

I normally don't leave reviews, but I am really disappointed with this restaurant. I ordered 2 pepperoni stuffed pepper pizzas with extra sausage, but I received regular pizzas and the sausage was nearly nonexistent. I also ordered 3 orders of wings - 1 mild and 2 buffalo. I only received 1 order of buffalo wings, along with one randomly seasoned wing and one BBQ wing. Overall, this pizza place was chaotic and disappointing. I will not be ordering from here again. They also did not seem to understand that a pizza order placed an hour before pick-up should be ready.

I received a call that my order was ready for pick-up. When I arrived, my name was displayed on the order portal but I was not allowed to eat in the restaurant. The staff member asked me to wait for about 7 minutes. When my order was finally ready, the pizza looked rushed and overcooked. Upon returning home, I found that the pizza was undercooked and completely raw. It was a very disappointing and disgusting experience.

I ordered 2 cheesebread in the business and it took over 20 minutes to get my order. the person before the work was busy trying to get all orders online ready. it is inattentive, dismaying and annoying! They should treat their customers in business with the same urgency and respect. no excuses!

I had the Detroit-style deep dish pizza this week and it was far too bland. The crust was undercooked. Stick to their regular pizza when ordering here.

Order five pizzas today, they we're ready on time, piping hot and the gentleman helping me at the counter walked the pizzas out to my vehicle! Was so fantastic.Great customer service, fantastic experience will be be back.
