I visited this restaurant, and the manager was incredibly friendly. He even offered me an apple pie to apologize for my wait. The ambiance is lovely, and I would certainly come back without hesitation.

I would give this restaurant a lower rating if I could. I’ve visited three times before their stated closing time of 11 PM (around 9:50 PM), and each time they told me they were closed. Why the early closure? They mentioned running out of chicken, yet they were wasting food ahead of schedule. Having worked in fast food before, we always aimed to minimize waste, so it doesn’t make sense to discard food and shut down early. The inconsistency with their hours is very confusing, especially since they advertise a closing time of 11 PM. I won’t be coming back to this location.

The staff was friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting and pleasant, also deserving a 5 out of 5 rating. The manager at this restaurant displays an unfriendly demeanor towards customers. While I'm unsure of his name, he is a short Latino man with tattoos on his forearms. He raises his voice at patrons when he feels overwhelmed with orders and has even gone so far as to kick customers out while they are trying to place orders with their families. People with this kind of attitude should not hold management positions in reputable establishments like this, as it casts a negative light on the business.
