The night I came here there was a live band in one section of the indoor area and in a separate section you could still sit by the bar, high too, or normal level table. They have games to play, we chose beer trivia and a fridge with pre packaged beer cans for purchase. High quality beer, I had a mango ale but my husband says they have the best IPAs. This was also a kid friendly brewery!
Mount Holly brew pub stop number three. This was probably my favorite stop on my Mount Holly crawl. The place is pretty cool. If I had to pick one to go back to, this would be my first choice. What one would think of for a brew pub. The service was top notch. Had the Spellbound IPA. No fancy name. Just the IPA. It was very good. Had another IPA also, and can't remember the name. It was good, but was more of an East Coast IPA. I prefer the West Coast. As I was leaving, I noticed a large area in the back (I parked on the side when you first pull into the lot, and you walk right into the tasting room), and it looked like they actually had a band setting up and getting ready to go. Cool, and right up my alley. Unfortunately, this was stop 3, and had to pace myself. Next time, and there will be a next time. Will definitely be back, and hopefully sooner rather than later. Oh, and Ester the cat walking around even added to the charm.
I've been here a bunch of times and tell my friends it's one of my favorite local breweries but I guess I've never written a review?? The beer is good. My husband who's a bit of a beer snob only likes their beer out of the bazillion breweries that popped up in our area. The beertender is great- helpful, friendly and personable. I usually have him pick my flight choices for me since I'm so tired of having to make decisions. if I have downtime, I like to come here and just read since beer more more sense than going to a cafe for coffee when it's later in the day.
This restaurant has a small and cozy tasting room with a great staff and a good selection of beers including hazies, pilsners, stouts, and fruity drinks. They also host a corn hole tournament during the week.
In Mount Holly, New Jersey, Spellbound Brewing is another fantastic brewery to visit. They welcome leashed dogs at their lovely outdoor area equipped with picnic tables and umbrellas. With over 20 beers on tap, the Quad +1 Fifth anniversary beer stood out as particularly delicious and well-balanced. Visitors can also purchase growlers, cans, bottles, and even kegs to bring home for their next gathering, including puppy parties.
