The manger Nate was so nice my daughter order doordash and they messed up and he took care of it even though it wasn’t his responsibility. So nice and thought and one of the best employee

Never had such a bad experience at Primanti’s. It’s usually good. Pizza was good on this visit, but anything fried tasted like it was cooked in old oil and was discolored, including the wings and these fries. Taste was off, and the buffalo wings had no sauce that I could see, and no heat. I don’t know what was going on in that kitchen that day, but it wasn’t worth the money spent.

This was a very solid Primantis experience. I had never really had the chicken before, but I tried the new buffalo chicken sandwich and it was great. I often think the fries on the sandwiches make them a little bland, but with the addition of Buffalo sauce and blue cheese, it was excellent
