The well ran past and we told the staff and instead of getting the water from ten floors, after some customers told them about the spillage they were standing behind the counter and argued about who wanted to overthrow the spill! They were immature children playing in a workplace. I went to the counter and told the staff to give me the mop, and I would get it up! Then he comes to pick it up. You should expect more when it comes to customer security!

The fountain overflowed and we informed the staff. Instead of immediately cleaning up the water, they argued about who would do it. It was unprofessional and seemed like children playing at work. I had to take matters into my own hands and clean up the spill myself. This lack of attention to customer safety is unacceptable.
