This store looks like it has been neglected for a while and I notice the franchisee is also selling it. The server was friendly enough but managed to get my order very wrong or the kitchen bagged it incorrectly. Overall a disappointing experience. Red Rooster seem to be going downhill in general now days. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Ordered Wholesome Roast pack and when it was delivered, the only thing in the pack was the chicken. Missing the chips, gravy, peas and corn. When I rang was told that they were busy and young people learning were in the kitchen, obviously unsupervised. Not happy at all. Service: Delivery Food: 3 Service: 1

6.30pm and they had no fried chicken. The chips were horrible, like they'd been cooked hours ago and reheated in a microwave. So soggy. The roast chicken was edible. The service was not great, didn't know what they had left. The atmosphere was tense as other customers were not happy with no food available and they were complaining. This has been so bad for so long I am surprised they have been allowed to keep the franchise. It's up for sale at the moment.
