Cook Out - Mount Pleasant

This was our first visit to a Cook Out. We enjoyed the variety of fast food options!

The manager was very friendly and helpful, and was well respected by his staff.

The first few trips were great we couldn't get enough but then came the let down. I always order the big burger well done and with onions and lettuce tomatoes ketchup and mustard sprite light ice with a double side Cajun fries... I get my food and bite my burger only to see pink meat ... I was disgusted and to the 20 minute drive back up to store and by the way when I asked the person at the drive thru speaker to make sure my burger was cooked well done he replied with all our burgers are cooked well done I replied and said well the last time I came and asked for well done burgers they were pink so I made a point to say it again when I ordered but low and behold I get medium rare burgers .... He says I apologize and proceeded to correct my order so not a bad place to eat just make sure your order is correct and cooked properly

Order taker and cashier were really nice even though they were super busy. My ice cream was delicious and my white cheddar cheese bites were fresh.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options if you love cheese ?

Quick great tasting food and inexpensive.It can be done.
