I received the wrong food order despite placing it online, and I don’t appreciate having someone else take my order. It just doesn’t make sense. Food rating: 1/5.

The service was good, very friendly! The hot and regular wings tasted exactly the same! They tasted good enough, but when I order hot wings, I am disappointed when I get mild wings. I'm not sure if the employees understand that music is for background and customers. Play something background not divisive.Food: 3/5

This Wingstop is typical of the chain but was unfortunately accompanied by an unwelcome guest—a German cockroach. Where there's one, there are often more, so pest control definitely needs attention. The service was good and the food was enjoyable, but the presence of the pests really ruined the evening. Food rating: 4/5.
