Panera Bread - Mount Prospect

I had a delightful experience at this restaurant, which wasn’t too crowded. The service was warm and courteous; the staff accepted our order and served the food with sincere smiles. I thoroughly enjoyed the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich and Broccoli Cheddar Cheese Soup, both for just $10.10. If I weren’t just here on a short vacation, I would definitely make a point to return to this place.

This restaurant offers excellent service, and the staff is very friendly. The food is fantastic! I particularly enjoy the tomato soup and the broccoli cheese soup; they are so creamy. I also love the chipotle cheese avocado dish.

I visited this Panera on July 3 at 10 am, and a young boy was taking my order. He was incredibly sweet and attentive. When a customer walked in with a bad attitude, I noticed how calm the cashier remained, even as I started to lose my patience with the difficult customer. Despite that hectic interaction, he treated me very kindly afterward. I always have a great experience at this Panera!

Had good service and friendly staff. The food was amazing too.
