I ordered a burger for my boyfriend, as he had mentioned that they were good, but I was still deciding on what to order for myself when I noticed a wall displaying their takeaway menu. I waited for my order, but the staff seemed to be in a rush and mentioned that they were running low on certain items, which seemed unprofessional, especially considering it was only around noon. This caused some inconvenience for customers waiting for their orders.
The restaurant started off well, but has quickly gone downhill. They continuously get orders wrong, even when specifically asked for no egg or extra salad. On multiple occasions, my order has been incorrect. Yesterday, I arrived 20 minutes before closing to find out they had run out of salad and were only serving fried food. It seems like the business is struggling, as they can't afford to turn away customers who come in just before closing.
When we first came to townsville, this was a flourishing business with good service and business, but the business was sold and business and service levels fell and now it is closed.
We had breakfast and dinner here and always had a great meal. personal attention and courtesy . we always take our visitors for a snack or meal as it is always clean and a beautiful place to meet.
I went to order three milkshakes at this restaurant, but there were no prices listed. When I asked, they said each milkshake was $5. I inquired if that was for a regular or large size. The owner overheard and called me a derogatory term. I was about to leave, but there were no other nearby shops open, so I decided to still order. However, when I received the milkshakes, everyone agreed that they just tasted like milk with no flavor and were not cold. It seemed like there was no ice cream used. I will never return to this restaurant again.
