I called them an hour after the estimated delivery time, only to be told my order had been cancelled and not only had we not been informed, but our online order hadn’t been updated either. Apparently they run out of stock so regularly on long weekends that not being able to serve two pizzas and two sides is normal. Service: 1
Live tracker needs a defibrillator! 2/3rds of order ready late, 1/3rd even later! I’m unlikely to come back. Fine, it’s busy but be realistic with the timing and people won’t be so frustrated. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: NZ$20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Ham and Cheese Pizza
Absolutely shocking service of seven pizzas ordered most were inedible having been badly over cooked. The overwhelmed staff member serving did her best as she fielded complaints from someone whose pizza had been forgotten and someone else returning their also burned pizza. St Heliers Dominoes is clearly struggling. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
App implied my pizza had been delivered and asked me to rate it. This sent my husband into panic mode, after half dozen attempts of calling and being disconnected I finally got through and asked to speak to the manager, only to hear him say to the lady answering the phone that he wasn't there! Unbelievable!! The pizza finally arrived at least 40 minutes later than it's confirmed delivery time. I thought the whole context of delivery is for the experience to be a stress free treat, won't be ordering from this bunch of wombles any time soon.
Absolutely unimpressed buy staff and delivery service on 05/02/2024 @8:26pm-10:20pm. I called after 1hr30min and was told that I would be contacted back in ten minutes because they were short staffed. With no courtesy call back from this staff member, I called 30 minutes after that to find my order canceled with no explanation or refund, and hung up on as of 10:26pm. Service: Delivery
