Excellent Food, Mediterranean style I live a bit different and unique for Good

Bagels and breads there are nice. But apart from that...the service and the arrogant attitude of the owner...it doesn't even worth to explain more. Won't ever come back. Answer to the owner: Dear Sam, I had a great day before coming into to your shop. I know what is the market for bakeries and deli shops as I am myself a pastry chef and avid follower of food's scene in Auckland and I always appreciated your food even from when you were open to the other location, I believe you had a 5* from me before. What was very annoying today was that your shop was not super busy while your barista was mocking around with no sense of rush or responsibility (he is not aware of the hospo rush therm I believe while he had orders for coffee piling up. I would loved my simple bagel to be warm but you immediately pointed out that you heat up only filled bagels (if the 16$ costs of the filled bagel opposite to my poor $3.5 choice made you say that I am obviously bothered as your panini press was empty and you could spare 1 min to heat my bagel . I quietely accepted and then I had to wait 10min for my coffee...I think it was nice to eat a warm bagel and drink coffee together...but that was not possible as well. And when I told you I am not happy with the wait..you pointed very proudly how happy you are with the 10 min waiting time for a coffee. In his tough industry and times we are, I believe we all must strive for better service but they way you answered I consider it was rude and not polite and I cannot accept nor come back to your shop. Piece of advice: fire your barista and polish your hospo skills :

Had The Tuna bagel. Flavours were lovely especially the pickles!

Amazing bagels , coffee and dips! Secluded environment with a herb garden.
