The Assam milk tea boba had a strong tea flavor and sweetness level was low (a good thing). One issue is that the boba had a hard center like it was under cooked. It could be a one time thing. An annoying aspect here is that there ordering kiosk is really outdated and difficult to use, for example, no contactless payment or Apple Pay, and the ordering flow is awkward as you have to go through multiple screens for each drink.

They don't follow their business hours. Waited 10 minutes outside and the doors were still locked. There were two employees inside, but they refused to acknowledge the customers waiting outside.

I wasn't blown away by their new guava pineapple drink, which I assume is a summertime thing. I got it with crystal boba, less sweet and less ice, but it was still pretty sweet for me. This Teaspoon shares a storefront with a Chinese restaurant, so it can be easy to miss. There isn't much seating inside, only one big table in the front and some skinny tables toward the back on the wall.

Walked into the store in the middle of the day to find the manager or owner doing a meeting with their employees. I get that it's mandatory to do that but please do that outside of store hours and not in the customer common area. Whoever the employees were looked embarrassed and the lady leading the meeting was saying things that didn't make sense. The overall vibe ruined my drink experience and I feel sorry to the employees who have to sit through that! The manager or owner did not seem professional to hold a meeting in the common area during store hours and as a courtesy for your customers, do that somewhere else!
