Sweet Frog - Mt Airy

Only a few yogurts to choose from and toppings very limited. The tablet was messed up when I checked out and I wasn’t able to put in my phone number.

Depressing, we like sweet frog but this place in specific has most of the flavors out of service or not working machines, it is really rare when they have the original tarte which is one of the main reasons why we keep comming back, to see if there is a chance to have it, but we have success once a year literally. Just as an example there are signs for 14 flavors, 8 are out of service and today only one machine broken, there are usually 2 broken. The service is always changing, sometimes ok, someothers not that ok, and others they just take a lot to get out from the inside room. It will be better if when they are filling up the topping containers they can have their hair wrapped. We love the ice-cream but this place can improve some things to avoid the filling that it is just dying or closing soon. People love ice-cream, just this place needs to be loved by whoever handles it.

Only 4 flavors were available... everything else had signs up statingIt was out of order.. It wasn't as good as usual..

Wow this.place is very expensive for 3 bowls of ice cream cost way over 50 bucks will never go here

If you like a company to steal tips from your teenager and withhold pay increases Sweet Frog is the place for you. Have docs and will be sending to BBB and labor board but I suggest spending your money somewhere else honest.
