Subway - Mt Carroll

The bacon on my BLT wasn’t even cooked and you can tell it didn’t even look cooked. As someone that used to work at a subway it is not that hard to put a sandwich in a toaster oven guys…

Stopped by for some ? and a drink. The cookies were hard and old. Sad, I used to get them and they were great.

So I ordered 4 subs for my family!! All of them were messed up in there own way 3 of them did not have tomatoes because they were out of stock!! Why did they not call me idk!! But nothing was made right I called her and told her about it and she told me I will have my boss will call u tomorrow!! No boss called so I called today 3/5/24!! Then I hear one lady in the back yelling about my wife saying unacceptable stuff for any place let alone a work environment!! The daught and older lady I think mom should be let go!! As the women in the back took the phone from the lady when I was asking for there boss screamed at me through the phone and said some stuff that's not right and hung up on me!! I had to call back twice to finally speak to a manger to be called a lier!! So everyone liveing in or around Mt carroll he thinks your all lieing when your subs are messed up!! I don't appreciate being called a lier at all and being yelled at I would advice never going there!! And all this could of be avoided if they would of called and said we are out of tomatoes and this kind of bread!! But that was not all that was wrong with the sandwiches!! Every sub had 1 or more things wrong with them and they were flat and not even wrapped right!! So dont leave reviews about workers there he already told me he don't care and will handle it his way!! And if she would of not yelled at me I would not be posting this either I would of got my subs today when I called because they were messed up the night before!! But now they will never see a doaller from me!! And corporate has been contacted on both tickets!! And I will be following through with this until something is done !! I have managed and own mutple places franchise and not!!! And I have never seen this before!! Good luck if you ever go there!! Ps don't keep corporate business alive if people can treat u like this and get away with it!! I will order food from all local food places in Mt carroll to support the nice people that have small business and familys!!! I wrote a book and I'm not sorry it needed to be done!! Maybe I will franchise it!! ?

Everyone is nice and fairly fast on orders considering how busy the store is sometimes, all within reason tho.

The subway was fine, skip the eating area. Couldn't find a single clean booth and there was a moldy chunk of food laying under one of the booths. Seems like it's been neglected for a while. If front of house is that dirty how clean is the food prep area?
