Red Cork Bistro - Mukilteo

This restaurant is a hidden gem in a strip mall. The attention to detail in their food is apparent. We loved the hummus plate and romaine wraps.

Great little place in shopping center next to the QFC. Don’t be fooled chef makes flavorful food. They know their wines and have periodic wine dinners.

We had a wonderful meal at this restaurant, although the room was a bit too dark for our liking. The tomato basil mozzarella salad was outstanding and the chicken Parmesan was excellent. My pasta was also delicious, and our server had perfect timing and recommended a fantastic Eastern Washington red blend. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

We have visited this restaurant several times now and the food is consistently delicious! We began with their specialty cocktails, I got a Brandy Alexander and he tried a Kentucky Devil. Both were fantastic! We finished off with a shared dessert - a chocolate mousse in a handmade dark chocolate basket topped with blueberries and raspberries. Amazing! This charming restaurant is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a rainy evening!
