Cafe de la Plaza

Two times to meet with friends because it is well located to have a coffee, but the coffee was watery and not good.

The café is nice, clean and pleasant, but the coffee, as everywhere in Argentina is not good, at least for my taste.

We ate in this place 3 times, it's a cheap option. On the first day the amount of food (Milansa and Papas fritas) was below the average of other restaurants. We gave him a second chance, and this time the food was amazing and... well served (milanesa napolitana and papas fritas). For the third time we waited for 30 minutes and the same meal of the other day was terrible... Looks like a different cook works every day, a good and a very bad one.

We were grateful to find this small café in so many places that we were too expensive for food quality. We had a Milenesa, salad, empanadas and coffee for just over 100 pesos... not bad!

Possibly this was just not the place for a non meat eater. I tried the frites and was disappointed. Salad, same. The burgers I saw looked dry and were served with basket of breads typical for a dinner and not burger. However, they were friendly...and internet was fast. I was permitted to stay awhile and work so will go back and pay for drinks instead of food. Good service too.
