Chapelco

Cerro Chapelco is a medium sized ski resort located a few miles from San Martin de los Andes. Being a favorite around places to visit in Patagonia Argentina, gets lots of people in the season months. It gets a fair amount of snow and have a respectable amount of lifts and runs. On the beginners side of the scale, still have a few runs that are challenging enough to make for a great day in the slopes. Particularly Pradera del Puma is a great zone of the mountain to explore, having the best views and the most challenging runs of Chapelco.

The slopes are good, but the lifts do not have inversion. There is a lack of maintenance in general and the user experience in obtaining passes is too slow, not to mention the website to buy passes, which is terrible and has an unfriendly and understandable design. Too much to do and it seems that it is not interesting

For me, the hill has the best slopes for snowboarding! Wide and extensive! The bad: 1-Old and scarce means of lifting 2- Poor organization of sales of passes and ski schools!
