Border Grill - Munising

My son and I stopped today on our way through from southwest Michigan to Marquette. Food was great!!! Service was great! The gal that helped us was super friendly! Would definitely stop in again. Plus the view was awesome ????

This is one of the best Mexican restaurants I've ever been to! I've visited many places across the USA, and this one serves the finest Mexican food. The staff is incredibly helpful when you're placing your order, and you can customize your dishes just the way you like them. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. If you have any questions about flavors or spices, they are more than happy to assist, including with vegetarian options. Thank you for the wonderful service!

If you have the time, Border Grill had some great burritos and offers some good vegetarian and vegan options their Smokey Citrus Mushroom burrito was delicious. Wait for our entrees wasn't too bad, 15 20 minutes. I would give them 5 stars, but I'm docking one since we ordered chips and guac to go and we had to wait an additional 20 minutes after we had finished our entrees. Maybe our mistake for thinking we could get that quick since it's a simple order and we did

Americanised Mexican food. The restaurant is clean and spacious. The portion sizes are somewhat smaller than expected. It is ok.

I picked up my order early, and everything was just right! I'm happy to spend a little more for quality ingredients. I have a feeling that those who complain about the lack of flavor might be missing the MSG flavor they’re used to from other places. True food simply doesn't taste like that.
