Pizza Hut - Munroe Falls

This restaurant has almost everything, but I had a difficult time placing an order with the busy Mexican waitress. The only issue they seem to have is a lack of proper management.

I typically enjoy the pizza at this restaurant, but today's was awful and looked like Little Caesars pizza. It seemed like the dough didn't rise properly. If I wasn't so hungry, I would have returned the pizza. Just wanted to let you know there was an issue with the quality.

I placed an online order at 8:45, but two hours later, my order had still not arrived despite receiving a receipt by email and my card being charged. I tried calling the restaurant, but they had already closed. When I finally got through, I was disconnected multiple times. The next morning, I called for a refund and found my squashed order in the dirt behind my apartment complex. I hate to leave negative reviews, but this situation was ridiculous. lol

This pizzabox was great! very crisp. perfect taste.

Horrible service. Said they couldn’t deliver unless I used card. Then they were rude to me when I said I wanted to pay cash.
