Papa John's Pizza - Munster

To the two employees working on the coldest days of the year, I commend you! You're so busy and short-staffed, yet you handle everything with a smile.

I just stopped by a few weeks ago, but I've ordered from here before. The service is consistently prompt and friendly, my orders are always correct, and the food is served hot. This time, my delivery was even earlier than expected. The driver was friendly and called to let me know he was on his way. I ordered some fixed wings and a modified large pizza, and the delivery time couldn't have been better. The pizza arrived hot and perfectly cooked, and everything I ordered was included. I definitely plan to keep supporting this chain.

As soon as I entered, I was warmly welcomed. I quickly picked up my order and left.

At the price they make decent pizza. I usually order 10 minutes before Papa John's app. The pizza is usually ready when I arrive. I had only two problems with this place. Recently I asked for a few packages of crushed red pepper when I picked up my pizza. I said they would charge me for the packages. I was at several Papa John's locations, and I've never been charged for crushed red pepper. The other problem was that I found and used a coupon code on RetailMeNot.com. When I picked up the pizza, the checkout at the store made dissatisfaction with how cheap my pizza was.

Have gotten pizza here many times and have never had any issues or complaints. It's a busy strip mall so parking can be a bit goofy at times but that's not their fault.
