The Simple Greek - Munster

New owners bought this business recently and still have the same name and same food menu but are not honoring gift cards bought under the same name from the old owners. This is NOT good customer service on their part. When they rebrand their establishnent, I or my family surely will not give our hard earned money to these owners that don 't care about us!!

I had a taste for a gyro, so I decided to go to The Simple Greek this week. This is my first time back there in a long time. My gyro wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. The meat was dry and the bread didn't taste fresh. I had to keep asking the person preparing my food to repeat himself. He kept mumbling and speaking in a low voice. On the positive side, the portion size was generous.

The food is great, but the service leaves much to be desired. My orders are rarely ready on time. I would love to order from here more often, but I can't recommend it because of the poor service and rude staff. Service: Takeout Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Why is it more expensive to place an order online through their website than to walk in and order? The quantity and quality of the food were disappointing as well.
