The chocolate chunk cookie was decent, but nothing remarkable and certainly not worth the $4 price tag. I could overlook the cost if the service had been better. The cashier working around 6 PM on 8/26/23 had a rather unenthusiastic demeanor and wasn't very friendly—no smile, no greeting, just a simple inquiry about how she could assist us. We ordered a couple of cookies, and she mentioned they would be ready shortly. While we waited off to the side, we observed the other staff members mixing cookie dough and being friendly with one another. Another female employee eventually handed us our cookies, and when we thanked her, we didn't even receive an acknowledgment in return. The attitude of the customer-facing staff was disappointing. I regret not checking the other reviews before visiting. I'm unsure what the owner believes they're doing to improve staff attitudes, but it clearly isn't working as intended. Save your money and consider going elsewhere for your treats.

The Murfreesboro location used to be fantastic, but during my last two visits, the customer service has been disappointing, and the chocolate chip cookies have shrunk in size. At nearly $4 each, they should be more substantial. While they do taste good, it's not worth the price, and I won't be returning to this location again.

Edit: I returned to get the strawberry cookie that was supposed to be available on September 16th, but once again, it was sold out at 1:35 PM. I was told they wouldn’t be making any more at all. This is just ridiculous. I suspect they’re not truly sold out; it feels like they just don’t want to make it. I visited last night and was told that more would be made in the morning, yet they still weren’t available. Meanwhile, the La Vergne/Smyrna location (an hour away) never seems to run out.

We dropped by after dinner with some friends since a coworker had raved about how great the cookies were. And wow, these cookies are amazing! We chose four different flavors to sample: brownie batter, peanut butter with M&Ms, confetti cookie, and passionfruit. They were still warm when we received them, with the ideal balance of chewiness and a slight crunch on the outer edges. I will definitely return to this bakery when I'm back in town! Everyone should give Crumbl cookies a try at least once!

Wow, I've had these cookies before, but never fresh or enjoyed them the way they recommend. For my son's birthday this week, I ordered an assorted dozen, and I'm so glad I did. Be sure to try them the way they suggest; it really makes a noticeable difference. Oops, we devoured them too quickly to snap a picture of the dozen before they were gone!
