I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service. The female staff members just stared at my friend and me without acknowledging us or offering any help. It felt very uncomfortable and rude. Eventually, we decided to leave because it was so unwelcoming. I'd rather go somewhere else than feel like an outsider.

The customer service was rude, and the staff seemed uninterested in their work, never acknowledging us during our visit. I would strongly advise against buying ice here.

I visited today based on my daughter-in-law's recommendation, and it was fantastic! The staff was lovely, and the ice was exceptionally good!

I love marble slab! My favorite thing is that they let you put as many roping's as you want! They are usually very nice. I love mixing the red velvet with cheesecake and always add brownies and Oreos! It's truly the perfect combination!
