They have the most rudest people answering their phones.

I usually get food here and it’s not a problem, but tonight they were so rude. i called a couple times at 9:30 and it went voicemail saying they were busy, they did pick up once or twice and just hung up. i decided to drive there and was told i couldn’t order and had to order online. it took them 30 minutes to process our order and when we went back in the girl was complaining about doing her job. another customer came in to order and she simply refuses to take their order and tells them doordash is closed as well (it was only 10:30 they close at 11) and then she continues to ignore customers while complaining about having to sweep so she didn’t have time to take more orders (there were also 2 other employees just sitting down). their service deserves 0 stars.

Even though some of the staff are distasteful with their co workers the food is good. I always order wings but they need to do better, I ordered a 20pc and was told only one ranch cup comes with it and had to pay .60 cents for the extras. The pies need to be evenly sliced and the kool aid drinks need the ease off the sugar Babee. It took me 3 days to drink that juice, even had to add water to it . Some changes could be made in this establishment.

Do not order from DoorDash. Ordered a catfish sandwich which is advertised as coming with cheese, mustard, pickle and onion. (Which is standard btw besides the cheese) instead I received a plain hard brick of

This is my first time here. The food was great and made to order. The portions were what I expected. Unfortunately, the person taking my order was visibly upset and after hearing the staff or cooks in the back talking disrespectful to her I understood. You and your coworkers are on the same side have the same goal, there’s no need to belittle your teammates when your have the same goal.Further more, when the person taking the order is distraught then I can understand why our order wasn’t exactly(no pickles, add cheese) as we ask but when we ask for the addition or a refund we were shunned for asking for less than a dollar refunded to us.The whole dine in experience was affected by dysfunctional staff.
