Pizza Hut - Murfreesboro

After reading the reviews after placing my order, I was quite concerned. However, once the food arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. My experience turned out to be quite different from what I expected. The kids mentioned that the food tasted fresh, and it was delivered on time. The lady who took my order over the phone was very polite. I requested plates and napkins, and they delivered them without any issues. I have no complaints and will definitely order from them again.

I was hungry and placed an order just a few minutes before closing, hoping to leave a generous tip for the inconvenience. However, I received a call at 10:56 PM, after the restaurant had already closed at 11, informing me that my order wouldn't be fulfilled.

The thin and crispy dish was lackluster and somewhat soggy. I was wrongly accused of asking for extra dipping sauce, which they failed to bring me.

I ordered online and when I arrived. they were really eating without gloves. they led the register and the money around, then it went back to make pizzas. a guy had a place and shook his head around eating without hearing. I have place and haare will shed and every time I cook, I put on a cap or a sleeve to avoid this because I had my own haare fall into my food once. never order here again until this is fixed. smh. you broke my heart pizza hat.

All of the reviews are true. They do not utilize the delivery system online. They also make the food and let it sit there an hour before delivering. According to the woman I spoke to on the phone, it takes the delivery guys over an hour to pick up any orders. So yeah, when the food arrived it tastes old because it was made hours ago. Waste of money.
