Contribuisci feedbackThe meal was quite decent, and for the first half hour, we were the only customers in the restaurant. However, the appetizer took a long time to arrive from the kitchen. I should also mention that the Murfreesboro location is now closed.
We visited this restaurant to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, but unfortunately, we encountered some issues. They were experiencing problems with their billing system, and all of our food arrived at once, which was unfortunate. The appetizers and main courses were just mediocre, and since it was our first time dining here, we were left feeling unimpressed.
Our server was decent, but the restaurant appeared to be understaffed, which stretched him thin in providing the attention that all of us deserved. He was friendly and apologetic, doing his best to ensure we had everything we needed, and surprisingly, we didn't go without. The food was good—not exceptional—but we were hungry and tired, so we appreciated it when it finally arrived.
Called ahead to reserve table whole traveling (7:30 PM on a Sat. night) and told there was a 30 45 min wait. Okaaayyyy. Arrived 15 min later and were greeted by 2 2 hostesses who were completely clueless. We were immediately seated in dining room that had DOZENS of empty tables, at least a dozen of which were empty but had not been bussed. After 15 minutes at table, our server (Bailey) finally came around and apologized for delay, explaining that several people had called in and they were understaffed. We get it, stuff happens. As we waited for drinks to arrive, we watched diners become more and more frustrated, waiting for boxes and checks to arrive. I ordered a dirty martini and bartender served it himself great drink. Food was mediocre at best. Entrees were lukewarm and quality less than average. Server and bartender worked hard under difficult conditions. Our negative experience was entirely due to lax management. Will not return, ever.
It was a cluster. Upon arrival the entrance was packed, and they were running 1 hour behind reservation time. A couple eating told us their bread was frozen on the inside, no soup or ceased salad, and had to find their own silverware. Their phone kept ringing but no one answered even though there was staff standing around. Tables weren’t bused so tables weren’t full. We left and don’t plan on being back.
