I ordered a spicy Italian sandwich on Italian herb and cheese bread, but as you can see in the picture, there wasn't much herb or cheese, and it wasn't baked thoroughly. It still looked somewhat raw after being toasted. I initially wanted to try the new Chipotle cheesesteak, but I was told they were out of steak. Then I was informed they also didn't have lettuce, so I opted for spinach instead. While that was fine, I would have preferred both options, but the spinach was very wilted. Overall, I wasn't impressed with this location. With another Subway less than a mile away, I’ll be choosing that one from now on.
I had the worst experience imaginable at this restaurant! They prepared my sandwich incorrectly and refused to replace it. I was informed that I needed to call to order the rotisserie chicken, but there was no working phone number to reach them! The general manager, Christine, was incredibly rude. To make matters worse, she didn’t even change her gloves when making my new sandwich after handling the previous one. The ingredients were unappetizing, and it was clear that proper sanitation practices were not followed. I will not be returning!
Just ordered on the app to go pick it up and no one was there. The app should let you know if they are closed for any length of time. We got a notification as we were pulling out of Walmart that it was ready. I ran back in and still no one was there. I?ve tried calling back a little while after leaving. No answer. Frustrated and unhappy about this experience. And yes, I double checked to make sure I had the right subway on my app.

We decided to stop by this Subway before our appointment with Jackson Hewitt when we found the place completely empty. There was a sign next to one indicating that the toaster was broken, which also stated someone would be back shortly. After waiting for about 15 minutes, we watched as several other customers walked in, waited a bit, and then left in frustration. Finally, a worker came in but didn't acknowledge us at all. I jokingly remarked about it being a longer-than-usual coffee break, and her reaction was quite hostile; she shot me a glare and told me to just go eat somewhere else if I didn’t like it. My wife quickly pulled me away, and we decided to leave. As we were exiting, I mentioned this incident to the woman at the front door while discussing it with my wife, only to find out that she was the manager! We definitely won’t be back, and after reading other reviews, I suspect she’s driven away many customers, not to mention those who don’t take the time to leave a review.
