What great flavors! I'm glad I found this place. If your taste buds need a wake up call this is the place. The different layers of aromas in a single bite is amazing. I had the Chicken Karahai and it was excellent. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. The menu is quite large, so there is much to choose. I'm looking forward to coming back.
Well, I love Indian food, but not in Indian restaurants in America, I prefer cooking home because I disappointed most times haha, but not this time. I'm glad one of my friends chose this place for a lunch meeting. Loved every single court we ordered. Everything was so fresh, delicious and the correct amount of Masala were added. Not too much of everything. We ordered vegetable porcelain boards that had 2 samosas and different Pakoras (onion, potato, cauliflower). Samosas were super good. It was great. For the main course veg Biriyani, tandoori rotis, windshield wipers Masala and baigan bharta. Everything was so delicious. It was done at home. Will definitely visit this place again when I go to Nashville.
Food was authentic and service really great! Quiet and clean. Portions are typical of an Indian restaurant, but this is a good thing bc the food is rich! Had some appetizers and they were a good size and tasted great! You also have my sons tree nuts allergy I really appreciated!
Three years ago, I gave this place 3 stars. Last or second year, I heard about how great this place is, and I was so confused. When it opened, it wasn't great. I went twice and didn't go back. I was honestly surprised that it remained open! But much has changed in three years. Our ordinary Indian place was closed, so I called Tandoor and ordered our own little buffet. Totally worth it. All together, that was about $70. Will feed 2 people for 3 days haha. Everything was delicious! Yeah, it would probably have been better to dive in, but Takeaway was our plan. The appetizer was the mixed plate. I like this type of options! They're great for undecided appetizers like me. My favourite was, of course, the vegetable parody. It is always, we have both simple and garlic naan. It was probably a lot more delicious in the restaurant, but it still tasted delicious. For meat we had Keema Matar and Chicken Tikka Masala. Both were very good. The Keema Matar could be better than I had with my normal joint! For Veg, we had vegetables curry and saag distributors. If something wasn't as good as the rest, it was the herbal curry, but that doesn't mean it wasn't good! We still have 4 good meals left so it ended just over $10 / meal. Today you can't do much better than that. And in any case you can't go for this treat. Get Tandoor!
Excellent local Murfreesboro Indian Cuisine! Great variety of choices on the menu. Everything is fresh and flavorful. This isn't your typical, low effort, buffet relying Indian restaurant. You can tell they really care about the flavors and quality of their dishes.
