The Cookie Store The Coffee Creamery

I recently had a concerning experience at the cookie store in Stones River Town Centre. After completing a transaction, I noticed that a $2 tip had been added without my consent. When I called to address this issue, the employee, Sharon, denied that any of the workers would have done this. However, I had proof in the form of a screenshot. I asked for the name of the owner or manager, but was told there was no manager, just hired staff. Sharon eventually provided the name of the owner, Jeremy T., who later suggested that another customer may have added the tip to my card. I expressed my dissatisfaction with how the situation was handled and the owner abruptly ended the call. I will not be returning to this establishment, as it appears they condone theft and lack customer service skills. I advise anyone who uses their card at this restaurant to carefully review their transactions.

Waited in line at both counters and both employees walked away from me when I was next.

This place is AMAZING!!!! My favorite place was always Great American Cookie Company, but when I found that there wasn't a local one, I was bummed. Enter this place...I am in love! The cookies are HUGE and amazing! The only thing I DON'T like is the calorie count. Haha! So worth every bite, though. I've never been in person, but will be soon.

The cookies are amazing!! One of the staff members wasn't friendly as all. I felt rushed . When she was giving me my change back she laid on the counter instead of putting it in my hand.

Last week, I bought a cookie at a restaurant. After taking a bite, I quickly realized that the cookie was undercooked. I went back to the counter to request a refund, but was informed that they could not provide one. The staff suggested I could choose another cookie instead, but why would I want another undercooked cookie? This was my first time trying a cookie from this restaurant, and as a pregnant woman, I was concerned about consuming raw dough. I ended up having to go to another establishment to properly bake the cookie before eating it. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this restaurant in the future.
