Wendy's - Murfreesboro

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant tonight. My food was served cold, and the drink I ordered tasted like plain water; I had to return it to have syrup added. When I got home, I discovered that my Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger had no bacon! To make matters worse, the "fresh never frozen" patty was ice-cold and the cheese wasn't even fully melted—it seemed like they just microwaved it. The lettuce looked as if it had been dragged through dirt, and the fries were also cold and unappetizing. I tried to call and speak with a manager, but their phones were disconnected, so I will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau.

The portion sizes have noticeably decreased. The food is carelessly packed into bags. The staff often engage in conversations about their personal lives, using profanity and eating or drinking instead of focusing on their work and the customers. The French fries are consistently stale, and the chili is more oil than actual chili. Overall, this restaurant has really declined. Food rating: 3/5.

Yesterday, my wife and I stopped by this Wendy's to pick up two #5 meals, which are chicken sandwiches. We were heading out of town for the day. When we got our bags of food and my wife opened them, she found a chicken sandwich, but I received a cheeseburger instead of what I ordered. I've been trying to reach a manager at this location for the past two days, but the phone just keeps ringing with no response. It looks like I’ll have to contact the regional manager to resolve this issue. Additionally, the fries in both meals were cold. We should have just gone next door to Whataburger and waited in line.

Good food. Burgers not over cooked still juicy, Fry's are cooked just right and not like chewing on rocks. Soft and salted just right. And the people are extremely patient and friendlyFood: 5/5

Thought that I would give this place another try, same thing, all the trash cans inside are overflowing, the floor and tables in the dining room are dirty, the parking lot has trash all in it, I will say the food was good.
