The food is delicious, and any problems or concerns I happen to have are immediately addressed and fixed during the visit. Great customer service! And the store is MUCH cleaner than the other one in town.

Here for my first time, Alisha was very nice and professional, I never see this at fast food restaurants! Food was great. Will come again.

When packing snacks for the 4th of July fireworks, Zaxby's family meal was the perfect choice. This was the second time at Zaxby and each time the service was excellent. The front of house crew were courteous and willing to explain our options. My son and I didn't have to wait very long for our order. The restaurant was neat and clean. We knew how the chicken strips would taste. We were pleasantly surprised how delicious the french fries and bread tasted. The bread and fries didn't make to the fireworks.

Ice maker not filled, no napkins in dining area nor provided on tray, asked for ketchup and was told that my friend I was dining with already had some? Overall the place was not tidy. Thankfully, the food was typical for Zaxby's.Food: 5/5
