All of their baked goods are gluten-free, vegan, or made with honey. They use only organic ingredients in their cookies, energy bars, espresso, and more.
I attempted to locate this restaurant, but there is limited information available online. After speaking with a neighboring restaurant, it appears that they are no longer in business.
I have avoided honey for many years, but decided to visit Bee Boys on a whim because of their vegan treats. I had a conversation with one of the Bee Boys and learned about regenerative beekeeping, which focuses on maintaining healthy bee colonies and sustainably extracting enough honey to support bee health. Since the bees are not harmed or killed in the process, I believe this could be considered vegan. I ended up buying everything in the store and now I am experiencing a sugar coma. LOL.
The Honey Shop is owned and operated by beegan beekeepers. They only offer plant-based milks and never serve dairy, eggs, or meat at this location. All of their baked goods are gluten-free, vegan, or beegan, and they use only organic ingredients. Their menu includes cookies, seed bars, espresso, and more!
I have avoided honey for a long time, but on a whim I decided to visit Bee Boys for their delicious vegan options. I had a conversation with one of the staff members and learned about their sustainable bee breeding practices, which focus on maintaining healthy bee colonies and extracting honey in a way that preserves the bees' well-being. Since the bees are not harmed or exploited, I believe this can be considered vegan-friendly. I ended up buying a lot of their products and now I am in a sugar coma!
