Sonic Drive-in - Nacogdoches

Just stopped to get a meal for my hubby and a sundae for myself and a drink. They had to have made the sundae before the food was done because it was already melted around the top. I took it and we went to have our food at the park and when I got there I pretty much had to drink the sundae because it was so melted (park was less than 2 min away) and I really had no choice seeing as no employee sent me a spoon however I did get 3 straws for 2 drinks. Now I know what the third was for. Seems like the weekends and evenings is ALWAYS doing minimum.

Half price shakes malts after 8pm. You can't beat that!!!Update! They are lazy, rude, and very incompetent. They constantly mess up your order and it is unacceptable. This Sonic IS NOT what it used to be.

This sonic has fallen insanely in speed, especially during the day when they're telling people to just drive Forward. The fact that it takes 20-30 minutes for a single (or even 2) icecreams is crazy. I'm sure it's not the workers fault, but if it's a franchise this one and North Street sonics need to be reevaluated by corporate and the owner needs to offer better pay to actually want to bring people here to work.To add: After I got to the window to order my single item (a Reese's blast with peanut butter sauce added) they still proceeded to give me the wrong item. After she, at the window, originally tried to hand me a fountain drink that was meant for the car behind me. I had to tell her twice, I just want the blast please. So when I got my blast, with no peanut butter sauce even though I paid for it, I got, what I'm assuming, is a toffee of some kind? Maybe a butterfinger blasts. Regardless, it's not Reese's and I wasn't waiting again in line for so long again.

Placed order on app was supposed to be ready at 3:32. Keep in mind this is literally for just 2 kids ice creams. I check in at 3:30. I watch them get 10 cars out of the drive through, then she walks to my car with the wrong order for someone who checked in much later than me. I finally had my children's ice cream cups at 3:50.Lesson learned, they don't care about mobile orders or you waiting in stall.Drive thru timer is everything.

This is the first sonic that i’ve been to in a while that had a fresh burger and fries. Everything tasted great! Thank you!
