Mini Punjab - Nagpur

Mini Punjab has always been a favourite. Not a fan of their biryani or pulavs though. Vegies like veg makkanwala, kadhai paneer, dal makhanii are too good, love their butter naan. Recently tried dhaba chicken which ws also nice. Though they have quantities in which they serve, still the prices are a little high, even if we avoid the vegetables, and stuff like tandoori items, for things like naan n rotis it's a little overpriced. Initially it ws a small shaby place, for sitting of hardly one or two family. Now they have expanded it into two sections of restaurants. I feel theirs a change in the food quality what they use to serve a few years back.

I have been here for my birthday party. the arrangement was very nice and cool. but the staff was busy talking with them. not  serving on time and have no sense how to serve

The starters were so good. Quantity was upto the mark and the prices were justified. Service was fast as there were not much costumers when I visited. And garlic chicken is the best thing you can order here. The sauce was just finger licking good. Garlic naan was just so yummy and perfectly cooked. In main course, desi chicken was the best thing I can recommend and in veg, mushroom masala was good and the quantity is more here. So order wisely.

I was here with my in-laws and I should say we regretted our choice to select this restaurant for lunch. Service was pathetic and there was college students having so much of noise as in they were only present in restaurant and hotel owner least cared about this noise and problem to other customers. Place is really small and acs are not sufficient in Nagpur. Now food we tried veg and Nonveg both in chicken Sikh Kabab was lovely prepared and also chicken Punjabi both were nice we liked it. In veg we had panner butter masala and paratha that was also cooked properly and taste was good.

Its no more the place it used to be. The taste of food which was the only reason to visit this place has been lost. Disappointed with my last visit.
