Crumbl Cookies Nampa

Hands down some of the best cookies I’ve ever had! I love the weekly variety and getting to try new flavors.

I avoid the Crumbl located in Nampa as it consistently produces a much flatter (less thick) cookie. Not sure what they do differently here but the quality of a thick chewy cookie that you expect from a Crumbl cookie is greatly lacking at this location. A four pack box of thin crunchy chocolate chip oatmeal cookies. ??

We tried the pumpkin caramel cookie earlier this week and absolutely loved it so we decided to go back yesterday for another. When we walked in we weren't even acknowledged. Both self serve kiosks were down so we had to wait to get help at the counter. Two out of the four associates made eye contact with us but still ignored us. When we finally got help my husband asked if the chocolate peanut butter cookie had peanut butter in the cookie itself or just the frosting. We were reassured multiple times that it was just the frosting. We got home and found out there was actually peanut butter in the cookie. Luckily there is no peanut allergy but it's very concerning for people that do have severe peanut allergies.

Cookies are good as always, but this location is always running out of one type or another. I understand this happening occassionally but this is the case almost everytime I go to get them. Today I went at 2:30 pm and they were already sold out of two of the cookie types and were asking for people to substitute. I have been as early as noon with similar response.I go for specific cookies most the time, and almost weekly but have walked out now multiple times because they were already sold out of the cookie I wanted to try.

I have been coming to this place since they were DK Donuts. I wish the husband and wife were working the front of the house more. I find who I believe to be their daughter is there most the time. She's not very personable. She acts like you are interrupting her. Most the time I have had to repeat my order because she appears distracted and then gives attitude. The donuts are great but I will no longer patronize this business because of her.
