Mcdonald's - Nampa

We had a frustrating experience at the restaurant. We found ourselves having to place our order at the kiosk since the register was only for the drive-thru. After waiting for a while, we realized that part of our order was missing. There was no one at the front counter, and I didn't know who to ask for help. It was confusing to see 15 staff members in the back but no one monitoring the counter. Eventually, I managed to get the attention of someone who worked there, and they assisted me in getting the rest of my order.

I'm not sure what the problem is, but more often than not, this place serves me terrible fries. I understand that things don’t always go smoothly, but the last time I visited, the fries were honestly the worst McDonald's fries I've ever had. A friend has always been a big fan of this place, but from now on, I'll be heading to the Garrity location instead.

I've never been to this industry in nampa, but just like nampa himself, every time I visit, the more thankful I have for it, it's direction. I didn't order breakfast, it feels like it's always coming up to prevent it. that, or if I do it there, they don't have the camps to make my favorite breakfast order. they had friendly service at all stations were able to work it for me, I have luck today only because this place has people with personality good customer service, ready to do a little extra from ease. I have always loved to see the improvement / the growth of nampa, it is worth the running gear more when I visit false old stereotypes from elsewhere about the quality, but in my eyes, the community goes the extra mile for any other, for native neighbours.

I hate waste! I ordered fries from the McDonald’s app, selected extra salt thinking that they might shake salt one more time. Instead, they threw 21 packets of salt into the fries. How stupid!? I hate waste!

Extremely disappointed. my first time at this location and won't be going back. Wanted a late night bite to eat last night around 11:30. waited in a long line and when I got to the microphone to order one of the female employees was extremely rude telling me I'm being to loud. the tone of her voice was extremely rude and she could have been much nicer about it! we ended up leaving and going to the Garity location were the employees are actually nice to the employees
